* Doors open/show start times and cast members are subject to change due to various circumstances. Please note that tickets, transportation fees, and other expenses will not be refunded in such cases.
* Except in the event of a performance cancellation or postponement, refunds will not be issued due to personal circumstances, including illness or health-related reasons.
* Please carefully consider your own physical condition and circumstances before purchasing tickets.
* Submitting multiple applications using false applicant information, or submitting applications without the intent to purchase, is prohibited.
* Cancellations, refunds, and seat changes cannot be accepted after purchase.
* The transfer, resale, auction listing, or similar handling of winning tickets to third parties is prohibited.
* Tickets that have been transferred or resold will be invalid, and admission will be denied. In such cases, ticket fees, transportation expenses, and other costs will not be refunded or covered.
* If any fraudulent activity related to tickets is discovered, or if activity suspected to be fraudulent is discovered, including transfers or resale for profit, identity verification may be conducted.
* Guests attending in a wheelchair should purchase a ticket, confirm their seat number after ticket issuance begins, and then contact the inquiry desk. Please note that wheelchair spaces are limited, and you may be asked to view the performance from your purchased seat.
* Visibility from the wheelchair area may be limited.
* Details on admission procedures and important notes for the day of the event will be posted on the official BUSTAFELLOWS social media accounts. Please be sure to check them before attending.

Identity verification may be conducted upon admission. Please be aware of this in advance, and be sure to bring one of the designated forms of identification listed below that can verify the name printed on your ticket.

“eXtend Ticket” allows customers residing outside Japan to apply for the ticket lottery and purchase tickets.

Due to the ticket application website’s system requirements, the [郵便番号] (Postal Code) field only accepts Japanese postal codes.
If you are using a postal code or ZIP code from outside Japan, please enter 【999-9999】 in the [郵便番号] (Postal Code) field, and select 【海外（その他）】 from the pull-down menu in the [都道府県] (Prefecture) field.
For the remaining address fields, please enter your address in roman letters using the English alphabet.

We apologize for asking you to use these non-standard entry methods due to the ticket application website’s system requirements. However, you will be able to submit your application without issue by following the methods above.

・When applying for or purchasing tickets, you will be asked to register the personal information of each attendee with the ticketing platform through which the tickets are sold.
・Each attendee must have their own ticket and present it on their own device for admission.
・If you have purchased two tickets, please make sure to transfer one ticket to your accompanying guest before arriving at the venue.
・Ticket transfers will become available once tickets are available for display.
・Ticket display and issuance are scheduled to begin on June 20.
The start time may vary depending on the ticketing platform, so please check the platform through which you purchased your ticket.

・For ticket holders whose tickets include bonus items (Special Seat / Reserved Seat with Venue-Limited Bonus Set)
Bonus items can be redeemed in the venue lobby on the day of the event.A separate bonus-item redemption voucher will be displayed with the ticket of each eligible ticket holder. Venue staff will process the voucher when handing over the bonus items. Please do not mark the voucher as used before redemption. Please note that bonus items cannot be provided if the voucher has already been marked as used.

・During the performance, please turn off smartphones, alarms, and any other devices that may make noise.
・Photography, filming, audio recording, and any use of recording functions on smartphones or other devices are strictly prohibited. If any prohibited activity is found, you may be asked to delete the recorded data and leave the venue.
・There are no smoking areas inside the venue.
・Eating is not permitted inside the venue.
・Please stay hydrated and take care to prevent heatstroke or other health issues.
・Arriving at the venue under the influence of alcohol, as well as bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue, is prohibited.
・During the performance, please do not leave your seat and rush toward the stage, or view the performance from the aisles, as this may disturb other guests.
・Any behavior that may disturb other guests or people in the surrounding area is prohibited. This includes crowding or loitering inside the venue, in the lobby, or around the venue; obstructing other guests’ view or the performance; blocking passageways; and using or bringing in goods that may cause inconvenience to others.
・Cheering goods, including the official Image Picket, must be kept at chest height, except when their use is specifically encouraged during the event. When using cheering goods, please be considerate of guests behind you and beside you so as not to obstruct their view. Please refrain from using any Image Picket or fan-type item that is larger than the official Image Picket.(Approx. 330 mm × 242 mm)
・Theft of unattended belongings has recently been reported at concerts and event venues. Please keep your valuables with you at all times and do not leave them unattended. If you see any suspicious person or activity, please notify the nearest staff member.
・Waiting for performers to arrive at or leave the venue is strictly prohibited.
・Due to cameras and other equipment, some parts of the performance may be difficult to see from certain seats.
・Cameras will be installed inside the venue for this performance. Photos and videos taken inside the venue, including the audience area, may be released publicly.
・Please follow all instructions from staff while inside the venue. The organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any injury, accidents, or other issues caused by a guest’s failure to follow staff instructions or by behavior that causes confusion.

Guests who fail to follow the above guidelines, or whose behavior is deemed by the organizer to be equivalent to a violation of these guidelines, may be refused entry or asked to leave the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and smooth event.

・Merchandise sales at the venue are available only to customers who have a valid ticket for the applicable performance on the day of the event. Customers with tickets for the night performance may also purchase merchandise during the advance sales period.
・Merchandise sales hours are subject to change depending on the situation on the day of the event.
・Merchandise will also be sold after each performance. However, post-show sales will end once there are no customers waiting in line. Please note that, depending on the situation, we may limit the sales queue or temporarily suspend sales even during the sales hours listed above.
・Stock will not be divided between the day and night performances. Please note that all items are available in limited quantities and may sell out.
・When purchasing merchandise at the venue, please check your items and change at the time of purchase.
・Please be sure to check your change before leaving the sales counter. We may be unable to assist with inquiries made after you have left the sales counter, as it will be difficult to verify the matter.
・Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for defective items. Please be sure to check the item, size, and quantity of your purchase at the sales counter. Returns and exchanges for defective items will only be accepted at the venue on the day of the event. We cannot accommodate requests at a later date.
・For the safety of customers and to avoid causing inconvenience to nearby residents and facilities, please refrain from waiting near the venue late at night on the day before the event or early in the morning on the day of the event.
・The merchandise sales area is expected to be crowded before doors open. Customers who wish to purchase merchandise are encouraged to arrive early.
・To help ensure smooth sales operations, please create an order list in advance using the “Extend Shop” app when purchasing merchandise. For this event, you can create an order list in the app; however, advance purchase is not available.
・Creating an order list does not reserve or secure merchandise. Please note that items in your order list may be sold out by the time you reach the sales counter.
・Please create your order list in advance and present the QR code to the sales staff.
・Customers who wish to pay by credit card must register their card information in the app in advance. By presenting the QR code for your order list to the sales staff at the register, you can proceed through payment. Please note that creating an order list does not reserve or secure merchandise.
・Customers who do not have a smartphone that can install the app may place their order directly at the sales counter. However, to help reduce congestion and shorten waiting times, we kindly ask for your cooperation in installing the app where possible.

・The performance is scheduled to last approximately 90 minutes. Please take care of your health and physical condition when attending the event.

・Please wear clothing suitable for both outdoor and indoor temperature differences.

・Flower stands must be no larger than 40 cm × 40 cm at the base, including the stand legs, and no taller than 180 cm in height. Please note that flower stands exceeding the specified size may not be accepted.
・When arranging a flower stand, please ask the florist or delivery company to collect it during the designated collection time listed below. If the florist is unable to collect the flower stand, we may be unable to accept it as a congratulatory flower arrangement.

Only letters addressed to performers, characters (residents of New Sieg), or creators (e.g., Sumeragi Kohaku) will be accepted. Please note that flower arrangements, gifts, and any other items other than letters cannot be accepted.
