* Please note that only a limited number of Special Seats will be available. We recommend applying for the Reserved Seat with Venue-Exclusive Bonus Set and/or Reserved Seat as well, in your preferred order.
* Special Seats will only be made available during the Second Advance Lottery if any seats from the First Advance Lottery remain unpaid. If Special Seats sell out during the First Advance Lottery, there will be no additional Special Seat sales during the Second Advance Lottery.
* Children who have not yet entered elementary school are not permitted to enter.
* Doors open/show start times and cast members are subject to change due to various circumstances. Please note that tickets, transportation fees, and other expenses will not be refunded in such cases.
* Except in the event of a performance cancellation or postponement, refunds will not be issued due to personal circumstances, including illness or health-related reasons.
* Please carefully consider your own physical condition and circumstances before purchasing tickets.
* Submitting multiple applications using false applicant information, or submitting applications without the intent to purchase, is prohibited.
* Cancellations, refunds, and seat changes cannot be accepted after purchase.
* The transfer, resale, auction listing, or similar handling of winning tickets to third parties is prohibited.
* Tickets that have been transferred or resold will be invalid, and admission will be denied. In such cases, ticket fees, transportation expenses, and other costs will not be refunded or covered.
* If any fraudulent activity related to tickets is discovered, or if activity suspected to be fraudulent is discovered, including transfers or resale for profit, identity verification may be conducted.
* Guests attending in a wheelchair should purchase a ticket, confirm their seat number after ticket issuance begins, and then contact the inquiry desk. Please note that wheelchair spaces are limited, and you may be asked to view the performance from your purchased seat.
* Visibility from the wheelchair area may be limited.
* Details on admission procedures and important notes for the day of the event will be posted on the official BUSTAFELLOWS social media accounts. Please be sure to check them before attending.

Identity verification may be conducted upon admission. Please be aware of this in advance, and be sure to bring one of the designated forms of identification listed below that can verify the name printed on your ticket.

“eXtend Ticket” allows customers residing outside Japan to apply for the ticket lottery and purchase tickets.

Due to the ticket application website’s system requirements, the [電話番号] (Phone Number) field only accepts 10- or 11-digit numbers.
If your phone number has a different number of digits, please enter 【0123-45-6789】 in the [電話番号] (Phone Number) field, and enter your own phone number in the [住所2 建物名・部屋番号等] (Address 2: Building Name, Room Number, etc.) field in the following format: 【TEL xxx-xxx-xxx】.

[Postal Code]
Due to the ticket application website’s system requirements, the [郵便番号] (Postal Code) field only accepts Japanese postal codes.
If you are using a postal code or ZIP code from outside Japan, please enter 【999-9999】 in the [郵便番号] (Postal Code) field, and select 【海外（その他）】 from the pull-down menu in the [都道府県] (Prefecture) field.
For the remaining address fields, please enter your address in roman letters using the English alphabet.
